The Flood Control District’s online Service Request Center provides a direct way to report a bayou or channel blockage or other Flood Control District infrastructure concern. The online form can be used even when Flood Control District offices are closed.

The Flood Control District maintains approximately 2,500 miles of bayous and drainage channels across Harris County. Maintenance crews work year-round to keep this infrastructure operating as designed and ready to move stormwater. When residents notice a potential issue, the Service Request Center is the designated place to report it.
